SWIM 1900m
The exciting and spectacular start of the swim portion will take place under the wooden bridge spanning the Bilancino Lake canal.
The single lap is clockwise with large nautical buoys.

BIKE 80km
Four laps for a total of 80km. The race's cycling route partially crosses the Futa Pass, the Mugello pass best known to cycling enthusiasts, a popular destination
for Tuscan and Emilian cyclists, and where professionals and amateurs have competed for years in its prestigious hill climb time trial.

RUN 20km
The running event will take place on a 5km multi-lap course, repeated four times within the lakeside park, on entirely pedestrian roads,
with a mixture of asphalt and very compact dirt road, and almost entirely flat.
